Item: DK236 SOLD EARLY JOCK FAVOUR TURQUOISE INGOT SILVER ROW BRACELET This Early INGOT AUTHENTIC Old Style TURQUOISE Row Bracelet was created by the Highly Collected Anglo Silversmith JOCK FAVOUR. His designs and techniques are from the Early Days of Native American Silver smithing. Created with an Ingot Silver Bar it has been transformed into this Magnificent Heavy Row Bracelet. Everything this Artist Creates is in the Style of Original Native American Silver smithing. A Heavy Ingot Shank is set with Five (5) Natural BLUE GREEN ARIZONA TURQUOISE (Center Stone is a Pumped Drilled recycled ear bob.) Hand Filed Stamp Work from primitive files are what this artist uses in his work. All-In-All, you will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful example of early silver work. Some notes about the Artist: Jock Favour is an Arizona Native and is well noted for his old style jewelry reflecting late 19th and early 20th century Native American Pieces. He uses techniques that were historically used during the period of 1868 - 1930. He combines older Turquoise stones (some which he mines himself with Ingot silver). Most of his pieces are made from Square Ingot Bars which he hammers into the desired shapes. |

Typical of Indigenous Pieces. Five (5) Simple Bezel Set Natural Turquoise are surrounded by Hand Twisted Silver Wire. It appears that Two(2) Silver Rain Drops are Missing...However, there is no indication that they were ever present. Non Adjustable.. The Wear and Patina is Exceptional.
